Gregory Sichenzia
Gregory Sichenzia (born May 21, 1962) is a New York City based securities lawyer. Sichenzia is a founding member of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP (1998) specializing in advising corporations on public offerings, Private Investment in Public Entity (“PIPES”), and reverse merger transactions. Gregory Sichenzia was a notes and comments editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal (1986-1987),〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://archive.org/stream/cardozoschoolofl1987/cardozoschoolofl1987_djvu.txt )〕 is an active member of the Dean's Advisory Council, and has lectured on securities law and corporate finance matters.
